Synopsis

Simon is 7 years old. A mysterious red balloon follows it in Paris. His mother, Suzanne, is a marionnettist and prepares her new spectacle. Completely absorptive by her creation, it is let overflow by her daily time and decides to engage Song Fang, a young student in cinema, in order to help her to occupy Simon.
